Description
The Bambu Lab H2D Combo pairs the dual-nozzle H2D printer with AMS 2 Pro, offering a complete multi-material setup for professional-grade 3D printing. The dual-nozzle design eliminates the purging process that single-nozzle multi-material printers require when switching between materials, cutting waste and reducing print times on complex models where two materials alternate frequently. One nozzle can carry the primary filament while the second handles soluble or breakaway support material, making post-processing significantly easier on overhanging structures.
The 350°C hotends and 65°C actively heated enclosed chamber handle engineering filaments including PA-CF, PC, PPS, and composites reliably. The PMSM servo extruder with 15-sensor material flow monitoring tracks the full AMS-to-nozzle path, and optical motion calibration accurate to 5 micrometres keeps dimensional accuracy high. Print speeds reach 1,000 mm/s. AMS 2 Pro provides active filament drying up to 65°C and automated switching with RFID profile recognition.
